Nexis Health is built around personal health information, so privacy is not an afterthought. We collect the information needed to deliver your intake, lab-facilitated wellness program, results page, protocol, coaching, portal access, and related communications.
We do not sell your personal information or health information. We do not use your information for unrelated advertising. Your information is used to deliver and improve the Nexis program you enrolled in.
What We Collect
- Basic account information such as your name, email address, and program tier
- Payment status and checkout details needed to confirm enrollment
- Health intake information, including goals, symptoms, lifestyle, medications, supplements, and medical history you choose to provide
- Lab results and related protocol information used to create your results page and recommendations
- Portal activity if your program includes portal access, such as coach messages, nutrition logs, workout logs, supplement logs, step logs, sleep or stress notes, and documents
- Coaching call information when applicable, including appointment details, recordings, transcripts, AI-assisted draft notes, and coach-reviewed documentation
How We Use It
- To enroll you in the correct Nexis program
- To coordinate your intake, lab order, results review, protocol, coaching, and program emails
- To help your coach understand your goals, questions, and progress
- To support coaching quality, continuity, documentation, AI-assisted drafting, and patient support
- To provide support, troubleshoot issues, protect accounts, and maintain accurate records
Health Coaching Scope
Nexis Health is a health coaching and wellness platform. We are not currently a medical practice, healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or HIPAA covered entity. We do not represent that V1 is a HIPAA-covered medical service.
If Nexis expands into services with additional regulatory requirements in the future, we will implement the compliance infrastructure and agreements required for that model before offering those services.
Services We Use
We work with trusted service providers for payment processing, lab testing, scheduling, video conferencing, transcription, AI-assisted drafting, secure application hosting and data storage, email delivery, and business communications. These providers are only used to operate Nexis Health and deliver your program. Each provider operates under its own privacy and security terms.
Access, Corrections, and Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing support@nexis.health. Some information may need to be retained for payment records, legal obligations, security, audit history, or legitimate business operations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed for a modern health coaching platform. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we take privacy seriously and limit access to information based on program and operational need.
