Is this a medical service?

No. Nexis Health is a proactive health coaching and wellness program. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or practice medicine. Lab results are delivered in an educational context to support your lifestyle protocol. We encourage all clients to maintain relationships with their primary care physicians.
Why are labs included at cost?

Because we believe transparent healthcare builds trust. We pass labs through at wholesale cost — what you pay is what we pay. The program price covers your coaching, protocol, and portal. Labs are included as part of that.
How does the Quest Diagnostics draw work?

After your intake is complete, your lab order is sent directly to Quest Diagnostics. You'll receive a confirmation email — walk into any Quest location, no appointment needed. Fast, 10-15 minutes. Results come back within 24-48 hours.
What's the difference between Core and Complete?

Core includes the lab draw, portal access, plain-language results report, personalized protocol, progress tools, documents, and Nexis AI. Complete includes everything in Core plus one health coach review call and coach messaging around your results and protocol follow-up.
Do I need follow-up labs?

Sometimes. Follow-up testing is not automatic for every client because not every protocol needs the same re-check. For Complete and Annual members, your coach will help decide whether a targeted follow-up draw makes sense based on your goals, baseline results, and progress.
Is there a refund policy?

Due to the personalized nature of the program and the immediate allocation of lab and coaching resources upon enrollment, all sales are final after your lab order has been placed. If you have concerns before your order is placed, contact us at support@nexis.health.
How many clients do you take at once?
